Established in 1995 and incorporated in 2004, JSV, LLC has over twenty-five years of experience performing a diverse array of commercial, residential and government construction projects. Whether clients need a new structure or partial space renovation, JSV can perform.

EXPERIENCE + VALUES
After many years of working for large construction companies, owner and founder Frank Vitiello decided to pursue the American Dream by starting his own business in 1995. Using his vast experience in construction combined with his core family values, JSV has seen great success. It is through Frank’s hard work, dedication to his team and client first mentality that JSV continues to grow and succeed.

Following in Frank’s footsteps, Frank’s daughter Kristin and son in-law Joshua Urich were promoted to partners in 2021. Through years of experience in Project Management and Construction; Joshua and Kristin provide a wealth of knowledge and experience to add to JSV’s success. As partners, Joshua and Kristin continue to operate JSV under Frank’s same vision through family values, hard work and putting clients first.
